Cancellation & Refund Policy:

• Reschedule without a fee: Notify me at least 5 days prior to your session, and a new date will be provided with no extra charge.

• Rescheduling within 5 days: A $50 rescheduling fee will apply.

• Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the session: You’ll receive a refund, minus any non-refundable transaction fees.

• Cancellations made within 72 hours: A 15% cancellation fee will apply. However, if an extraordinary circumstance occurs and proof is provided, the situation will be reviewed, and a full refund will be issued, minus transaction fees.

• No-shows: Unfortunately, no-shows are non-refundable unless an extraordinary circumstance is provided with proof.

Refunds will be processed minus transaction fees, as those are non-recoverable.
